BOUNCY CASTLE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONS

 

The instructions printed on this form are there to help your children have a fun time and ensure their safety.  Please read and follow the safety and rental instructions listed, use your own common sense and have a great time!

The person hiring must be over the age of 18 and will be held fully liable for any damage or loss of the equipment hired. The height of the users must not exceed the height of the walls of the inflatable when on the bouncing area.

 

  • The person hiring will be responsible for the safety of the inflatable and the people on it.

  • The person hiring will be liable to pay the full retail price for the repair or loss of the inflatables.         

  • The equipment must be supervised and checked for anchorage at all times by a responsible adult.

  • All extreme boisterous behavior to be stopped immediately.

  • Do not allow anyone to sit on the side of the inflatables, climb, swing or hang from the walls, beams or step of the inflatable. This is for their own safety.

  • No more than 4 to 8 children on the inflatable at any time. It is also advised that no mixture of age to be on together due to banged heads nosebleeds etc,  or as specified by Hutchinson Hire.

  • No person should use the inflatable under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • No footwear or any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects which could cause damage to others or the equipment. Example... (belt buckles, pens, purses, hearing aids, glasses etc.)  should be removed.

  • No food, drink, party poppers,  silly string, washing up liquid etc, to be taken onto the equipment.

  • Anyone who is pregnant or on high medication should be allowed on the equipment to ensure their safety.

  • Should the equipment fail for any reason, all children should be removed immediately to prevent injury or possible damage to the equipment. Subsequently, no children should be allowed on the inflatable until it is fully inflated.

  • No person should interfere with electrical or petrol assisted equipment unless authorized by the owner.

  • No person should move the inflatable from the erected position to ensure safety.

  • The inflatable is not to be used when wet and slippery to ensure that no injuries arise.

  • The inflatable is not to be used in the rain without the use of a shower cover.

  • The inflatable is not be used in windy weather conditions etc, (maximum wind speed 19-24 mph).

  • The inflatable is not to be used by adults unless the inflatable is a specific adult castle as specified by Hutchinson Hire.
